Who processes your data for us
- Netlify (website hosting and forms)
- Supabase (accounts, log-in codes, scores, full access records, the ebook download, coaching codes and coaching clients' practice results)
- Our online reseller, which handles payments as merchant of record and is named at checkout
- Our email provider, for the mailing list
- Google (calendar and video calls for coaching sessions)
- Namecheap (email)
Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.
Coaching recordings and AI tools
We record sessions only if you agree. With your separate agreement, recordings may be transcribed and analysed with AI tools to support your assessment. Your coach always makes the final judgement. You can withdraw either consent at any time.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps you logged in and holds a copy of your scores so that the tests work quickly. Logging out removes it. Our analytics doesn't use cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or stop using it, by emailing contact@atcedge.academy. We'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Age
Our services are for adults preparing for selection. You must be 18 or over to buy coaching.
