What coaching is
Coaching is preparation for selection and for aviation English, delivered one to one on Google Meet. It improves your preparation, but it can't guarantee a pass, a job offer or a licence. The English assessment gives an informal, indicative level. It is not an official ICAO language proficiency test and can't be used for licensing.
Booking and rescheduling
- Sessions are arranged by email and confirmed with a calendar invitation.
- You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- A session missed without notice counts as delivered.
- If I need to reschedule, I'll offer a new time as soon as possible.
Email support
Where a package includes email support, it covers questions and short reviews of your written examples, answered within two working days. It doesn't include unlimited rewrites.
Recordings and your data
Sessions are recorded only with your consent, and the recordings are used only for your assessment and feedback. With your separate consent, recordings may be transcribed and analysed with AI tools to support my assessment; I always make the final judgement. Coaching records are deleted 12 months after your last session or the end of your programme. See the privacy notice.
Test integrity
Coaching covers abilities and formats. I don't use, ask for or share content from any real selection test, and nobody else may sit any part of a test for you.
Cancellation
You can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, unless a session has already taken place. If you ask for a session to take place within the 14 days, you'll pay for what's been delivered.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
